How much advanced notice do I need for placing an order?
At Skool Lunch, we pride ourselves on our ability to meet your food service needs. That includes being able to prepare your order for pickup or delivery even at the last minute. We schedule orders on a first-come, first-served basis, so the sooner you place your order the more likely you are to receive it at the requested time. You can never be too early - some customers order months in advance.
What methods of payments do you accept?
We currently accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and we have House Charge Accounts for approved customers. If you are interested in opening up a House Account, please ask the store manager for an application.
How do I know which location I should call for a delivery?
The location listed closest to you is your best bet. Call the nearest store and they will assist you. If we need to shuffle deliveries between stores due to distances and daily sales volumes, we will notify you when you call.
Can I fax in my order?
Yes, all stores have fax numbers listed on the store location page. Please note - if you do not receive a verification call from the store, please contact the store to confirm your order.
Can we have separate checks on deliveries?
Our current system only allows for a single invoice for each delivery. The individual items will be priced on your receipt. If you need pricing detail in advance, we would be happy to accommodate your request.
Can I get a Saturday order?
Yes - with advanced notice. Please contact the store manager for details. While we are not normally open on Saturday, we regularly come in to prepare orders for customers on Saturdays.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
We currently charge a 15% delivery fee on delivery orders.
Can I order online?
Our new online ordering program should be up and running in the first quarter of 2009. This will be a very convenient way for customers to place orders.
Is there a minimum amount on delivery orders?
We currently ask that delivery orders meet a $25.00 minimum.
